I Don't Have To - Reclaiming Your Power (your voice, your agency) In Divorce & Beyond

Lately, there’s been a lot of buzz around the “Let Them” movement, popularised by Mel Robbins. The idea is simple: when you let people do whatever they’re going to do, you create more emotional peace and control in your own life. And while that’s powerful, what’s been resonating with me even more is this: I don’t have to.

Because here’s the thing—you don’t have to.

❥ You don’t have to stay in spaces that drain you.
❥ You don’t have to keep giving when your cup is empty.
❥ You don’t have to explain yourself to people who aren’t listening.
❥ You don’t have to carry the weight of other people’s choices.

In this episode, I'm exploring and unpacking the power of I don’t have to for you - how it helps you set boundaries, protect your peace, and reclaim your agency, especially in the midst of divorce, separation, and life’s big transitions.

If you’ve ever felt like you have to do things that don’t serve you, this episode is your permission slip to stop.

P.S. Masterclass has been POSTPONED. New date TBC
